At The Lost Kitchen, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned kitchenware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
